The Fire is Gone

11 Oct

In just a few short days, the striking reds, oranges, and yellows have fallen from their trees.  The wind has taken them down, and now it is starting to look like late fall.  What leaves still cling to the trees are brown and curled up and weak.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that the beauty is gone.  It’s just changed.

Well, there are some stunning colors if you look for them.  🙂  Don’t you love the sound of leaves crunching underfoot?

Thanks for looking!
