It’s Winter! …Still

11 Mar

As you may have guessed by the title, I’m quite ready for spring to arrive.  However, when there is fresh snow on the ground, I can’t deny that it’s beautiful.  The sky was so, so blue the other day, creating a marvelous contrast with the crisp snow.  As we wait for spring to arrive, we may as well cherish winter’s beauty while we can.

The cats are tired of winter too, but they are faring well and looking nice.  The kittens are no longer kittens, but all grown up!  Notice the photo of the cats standing in the perfect shape of a question mark, as if asking “Why is there snow again? WHY??” 🙂

Thank you for looking, and enjoy the seasons as winter changes to spring.

Thank you so much, Jana. Despite the very cold winters, I can’t complain about Wisconsin’s scenery. I’m happy you liked seeing these images!

Such a cheerful post Jenna ! I’m glad to see the cats, they are all grown up and beautiful ! You made me laugh with what you said about the photo of them forming a question mark ! So funny 🙂 I really like the photos of the trees and the shadows on the snow, it’s very beautiful.
Winter is not over, we’re going to receive another 25 cm in the coming days. But I don’t mind because I really love winter !

Thank you Jocelyne! Aren’t these kitties grown up? It happens so fast! If I had to guess an outdoor cat’s questions, it would definitely be about why we have bad or cold weather. 😉 So happy it made you laugh! We, too are in for more snow. I for one am prepared for spring, but we can’t fight the weather, so we may as well embrace it. Thanks again, and enjoy the rest of winter!
